A need was recognized for there to be a library to cater for the specific needs of Mumineen here in the UK. By the dua and raza mubarak of our beloved Aqa Moula, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (RA), Al Jamea tus Saifiyah Library was established in 1420H/1999 AD to enhance educational growth within the Dawoodi Bohra Community members under the auspices of Al Jameah al Sayfiyah trust (UK). The name Al Jamea tus Saifiyah is derived from the community’s Arabic academy Al Jamea Tus Saifiyah in Surat (Gujarat) a unique university which caters learning for those wishing to have advanced contemporary Islamic education. It has its branches in Karachi (Pakistan) , Nairobi (Kenya) and Mumbai (India).
Al Jamea tus Saifiyah library has been established in London’s Mohammedi Park Masjid Complex and is open to all Mumineen and Muminaat. This library benefits from the guidance & endeavours of Amirul Jamea Shazada Aaliwaqar Syedi Qaid Johar Bhaisaheb Ezzuddin Saheb (Mazoon o Dawat al Haq).
